Request channel

Deletion must be requested from the team responsible for Caissa and handled manually. This page provides instructions; it does not submit requests or delete accounts.

Send your request to contato@caissa.fun. You can use this channel even if you cannot sign in. The link opens your email application; you can also copy the address into your email service.

How to prepare your request

  1. Write to contato@caissa.fun, preferably from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject “Data deletion request — Caissa.Fun”. Include your account email, login method (email, Google, Microsoft or Facebook) and whether you want the entire account or specific game data deleted.
  3. If you cannot access the email address or no email is linked, explain this and provide only an account identifier you already know. The team should guide you through alternative verification.
  4. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, access tokens or personal documents without a specific need and instructions.

Team handling

The proposed manual procedure is to verify ownership using the minimum necessary data, locate the account and associated data, perform the requested deletion in the relevant systems and reply through the support channel. The response should explain the outcome and any data that must be retained, with the reason and retention criteria.

Facebook and other provider logins

You can manage Caissa’s connection in your Facebook account’s apps and websites settings. Revoking that connection does not replace a request to delete data already received by Caissa. Request removal through the channel above and mention that you used Facebook Login.

A request to Caissa does not delete your Facebook, Google or Microsoft account. Data held by those providers are subject to their own procedures.

Scope and consequences

Account deletion may prevent access to associated history and results. Specify if your request concerns only certain games so the scope can be confirmed before execution.
